The Directors recognise the importance of maintaining sound corporate governance practices. The Company is in compliance with the corporate governance regime applicable to it as an Isle of Man incorporated company. The Company complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code except to the extent that the Chairman is not independent in accordance with the definitions of the Code.
